Service Description

Sessions are held daily from Monday to Friday at 9am, lasting 50 minutes. Each day is dedicated to a different style of training, guaranteeing that every element is strengthened throughout the week. Here’s what you can expect each day: ​ Monday: Light Strength – Start your week by building a solid foundation with light strength exercises. Focus on form and technique to develop muscle endurance. Tuesday: Cardio – Get your heart pumping with a high-energy cardio workout that boosts stamina and burns calories. Wednesday: Full-Body Strength – Target all major muscle groups with strength-training exercises designed to build power and resilience. Thursday: Stamina – Challenge your endurance with exercises aimed at improving your overall stamina, leaving you feeling strong and capable. Friday: Stretching & Recovery – Finish the week with a gentle stretching session to promote recovery, increase flexibility, and prevent injury.
